Description
YL-PPM is a new type of polycarboxylate polymer powder. The powder has the characteristics of good fluidity, high water reduction rate and good solubility. It is suitable for different types of cement or gypsum bases with high fluidity and high strength requirements. Dry powder mortar. It can make the mortar plasticizing speed fast, the effect is good, and the loss over time is low.
Performance
●It has good compatibility with different cement-based, gypsum-based cementitious materials, and other additives, such as defoamer, retarder, expansion agent, etc., and the product performance is stable.
●High water-reducing rate, good superplasticity, good dispersibility and self-compacting;
●High dispersibility, improve the fluidity of the slurry, facilitate construction, and improve strength;
●High retention, small slump loss, effectively prolonging construction time;
Effectively reduce water-cement ratio, increase early and late strength, improve durability, reduce shrinkage and creep;

Dosage
0.2%-0.4% by weight of cementitious material. Actual dosage depends on the test. It is also available to consult our technicians.
Note
1.Dosage is based on the cementitious material weight.
2.According to different concrete design, please adjust the water or sand rate to meet users’requirements.
3.Recommend to dilute into 20-30% solid content solution when use.
1)If using this product for the first time, or cement and other admixture changes, test is required to determine the best dosage.
In case of preparing other functional admixtures, it is recommended only to mix for current use.
Package & Storage
25kg paper and plastic compound bag with film liner.
It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture.
Shelf Life
Normally, the shelf life is 12 months. Once exceeds the shelf life, it can be used after the approval of test.
