Description
YL-PL-WS is a new generation of environmentally friendly polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducer independently developed by our company. It has both water reduction and slump retention properties, high water reduction rate and good slump retention. This product is colorless or light yellow transparent liquid. Its production energy consumption is low, it does not contain formaldehyde, and it is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product.
Performance
●Good adaptability: It has excellent adaptability with different brands of cement;
●High water reduction rate: the water reduction rate can reach more than 40% under the proper dosage;
●Good slump retention: In general, when preparing concrete that requires slump retention within 1.5 hours, this product can be used alone without the need to introduce additional slump retention agent;

●Early strength and high strength: Early strength and strength at all ages are significantly improved;
●Low chlorine and low alkali: low chlorine ions, the alkali content is also low;

Dosage
0.2%-0.8% by weight of cementitious materials. Actual dosage depends on the test. It is also available to consult our technicians.
Note
1. Dosage is based on the cementitious weight.
2. According to the concrete design, please adjust the water consumption or sand rate to meet users' requirements.
3. After mix the product with water, and then add into the mix material.
4. Please pay attention as following when using the product:
1) When the user uses this product for the first time, or the cement and other admixtures have changed, tests are required to determine the best admixture.
2) If other functional additives are prepared, it is recommended to prepare them for immediate use.
3) Because the product has 50% solid content, the density is higher than that of water. After standing for a long time, the density of the lower part may be higher and the density of the upper part may be lower. please stir well before using it again.
4) With the extension of the storage time, the color will deepen, and the change of the color will not affect the use of the product.
5. This product is non-toxic, but it is forbidden to eat. It should be kept out of the reach of children. If it gets into eyes or mouth, please rinse with water and seek medical help immediately.
Package & Storage
200L drum, 1.1 ton IBC tank, or flexible tank.
It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Take antifreeze measures in very low temperature.
It is recommended to use plastic storage tanks for the product, which is slightly corrosive to iron containers and will affect the quality of the product, but it will not corrode the steel bars after being mixed with concrete.
Shelf Life
Normally, the shelf life is 12 months.
This product is a macromolecule product with a high concentration. It may appear flocculent or colloidal suspended matter during the shelf life, which is a normal phenomenon. It can be dissolved by mixing with water, which does not affect the performance and normal use of the product.
Once exceeds the shelf life, it can be used after the approval of test.
