Description
This product has outstanding slump retention performance and good adaptability to different types of cements and local materials. It is especially used to prepare high-strength concrete, high-performance concrete, self-compacting concrete, pumped concrete, fair-faced concrete, mass concrete, prestressed concrete, precast component concrete, steel tube concrete and concrete required with high volume stability, high durability or high workability.
Performance
●This product is in flake form of liquid PCE, it maintains good performance for a long time in high-temperature conditions, especially in high-temperature construction environments in summer. Its slump retaining performance is significantly better than common slump retention type product, and the slump retention time can be increased by 20%-50%.
●Can be used in construction requirements and construction fields such as long time transportation and poor slump retention caused by high temperature conditions.
●This product has a low initial water-reducing rate. It is generally not used alone and recommended to be used with water-reducing type product, like P074 and other functional additives.
●Can be formulated into various types of admixtures, such as: early strength type, retarding type, pumping type, antifreeze type.
●Green and environmentally friendly product. This product is chlorine-free and low-alkali, and does not cause pollution to the natural environment during the production process.
●This product will not corrode steel bars when mixed into concrete.

Dosage
0.01%-0.2% of cementitious materials. Other dosages may be recommended in special cases according to specific job site conditions. In this case, please consult our Technical Services Department.
Application not
1. When using, stir this product with water evenly and then add it to the mixture.
2. When using this product for the first time, or when there are changes in cement and other admixtures, tests must be done to determine the optimal dosage.
3. This product is a polymer product. If it is prepared with a higher concentration liquid, it is recommended to stir it evenly before use after leaving it for a long time.
4. When the temperature is low, the release of this product is relatively slow. For best performance it is advisable to extend mixing time as appropriate.
5. When this product is used in combination with other additives, a compatibility test should be conducted. If other functional admixtures are prepared, the shelf life of the newly prepared admixture is not the same as that of this product. There is a possibility of deterioration after high temperature or exposure to sunlight. It is recommended to prepare for current use.
6.This product is non-toxic, but it is forbidden to eat. It should be kept out of the reach of children. If it gets into eyes or mouth, please rinse with water and seek medical help immediately.
Package & Storage
25kg paper-plastic composite bag, packaging can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Store in a ventilated place, away from sunlight and moisture. Avoid overlapping or heavy pressure to avoid agglomeration. The storage temperature should be lower than 50℃.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is 12 months if stored according to manufacturer's instructions in original unopened packaging. After the shelf life is exceeded, it can be used after the approval of test.
