Description
YL-NNO dispersing agent, named sodium polynaphthalene sulfonate condensate, is an anion surfactant, easily soluble in water, acid, alkali and hard water. It has good dispersing property and affinity with protein and polyamide.
Application
1). As dispersant in disperse dye, vat dye, reactive dye, acid dye and leather dye. It has good grinding, hydrophilia and dispersing effect.
2). As dispersant in textile printing and dyeing industry: pigment pad dyeing of disperse dye; vat acid dyeing of disperse dye; dye for silk and feather mix fabric; soluble vat dye dyeing, etc. also can be used as dispersant for disperse dye and lake making; filler for commercial dye etc.
3). As auxiliary tanning agent in leather industry, used together with tanning agent to avoid tanning agent stick on with leather.
4). As dispersant in wettable pesticide and herbicide, the dispersibility and solubility of pesticide can be improved.
5). As dispersant in electroplating industry, so that the cladding film can be even and have a better brightness.
6). As dispersant for paper industry.
7). As dispersant in rubber industry, can disperse sulfur, accelerant, anti-aging agent and some filler (like zinc oxide, barium sulphate, calcium carbonate etc).
8). Also can be used in coating, painting, pigment, carbon black etc.

Dosage
0.1%-0.4% by weight of cementitious material. Actual dosage depends on the test. It is also available to consult our technicians.
Note
1.According to different application fields, dosage is different, it depends on actual test.
2.When use as a dyeing dispersant, the agent made by refined naphthalene is more sutable for those light color dyes, because of its near transparent liquid color; While for dark color dyes, agent made by industry naphthalene is more cost-effective.
Package & Storage
25kg woven plastic bag with film liner; 25kg kraft paper bag with film liner, or customized package according to your requirement.
It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture.
Shelf Life
Normally, the shelf life is 12 months. Once exceeds the shelf life, it can be used after the approval of test.
