Description
This product is polycarboxylate based superplasticizer, using polyether as main raw material. It has very good slump retention and adaptability to different cement and materials, especially for summer high temperature construction conditions and long-distance concrete transport project.
Performance
●Keep good performance in high temperature for a long time, especially for construction in high temperature in summer, it has better slump retention than YL-PL-SR. The slump retention time can be improved by 20%-30%.
●It can be used for long time transportation, poor slump retention caused by high temperature, and other construction requirements and construction areas.
●It can be formulated with different types of polycarboxylate superplasticizer according to the actual needs.
●It can be used as a mother liquor to produce other functional admixture, such as early strength type, retarder, pumping concrete admixture, etc.;
●Environmental friendly products: the production does not pollute the environment.

Dosage
0.2%-0.8% by weight of cementitious materials. Actual dosage depends on the test. It is also available to consult our technicians.
Note
1.Dosage is based on the cementitious weight.
2.According to the concrete design, please adjust the water consumption or sand rate to meet users' requirements.
3.Because this product has low water reducing rate at initial time, so normally it is recommended to formulate with YL-PL-WR or other functional admixtures.
4.After mix the product with water, and then add into the mix material.
Please pay attention as following when using the product:
1) If using this product for the first time, or cement and other admixture changes, test is required to determine the best dosage.
2) In case of preparing other functional admixtures, it is recommended only to mix for current use.
3) Because the product has 50% solid content, the density is higher than that of water. After standing for a long time, the density of the lower part may be higher and the density of the upper part may be lower. please stir well before using it again.
4) With the extension of the placement time, the color will deepen, but the color change does not affect the usage of the product.
5. This product is non-toxic, but it is forbidden to eat. It should be kept out of the reach of children. If it gets into eyes or mouth, please rinse with water and seek medical help immediately.
Package & Storage
200L drum, 1.1 ton IBC tank, or flexible tank.
It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Take antifreeze measures in very low temperature.
It is recommended to use plastic storage tanks for the product, which is slightly corrosive to iron containers and will affect the quality of the product, but it will not corrode the steel bars after being mixed with concrete.
Shelf Life
Normally, the shelf life is 12 months.
This product is a macromolecule product with a high concentration. It may appear flocculent or colloidal suspended matter during the shelf life, which is a normal phenomenon. It can be dissolved by mixing with water, which does not affect the performance and normal use of the product.
Once exceeds the shelf life, it can be used after the approval of test.
