Description
Redispersible polymer powder YL-H780 is a product made of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion as the main ingredient. It is used for dry-mix mortar, tile adhesive, waterproof mortar, repair mortar, putty, self-leveling, etc.
Performance
●YL-H780 is a polymer product in the form of white powder. Its main component is vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer redispersible latex powder, which can be dispersed into polymer emulsion again after adding water.
●YL-H780 has the characteristics of high glass transition temperature, and the formed polymer has very good bonding performance. It is particularly suitable for application that require high bonding force, such as tile adhesive.
●YL-H780 not only retains the superior performance of the original VAE emulsion, but also avoids some defects of the emulsion. The powder form brings extremely high convenience and stability during transportation, storage and use.
●Y-H780 can be used in dry-mixed mortar, such as tile adhesive, waterproof mortar, repair mortar, putty, self-leveling, etc. While maintaining the excellent construction performance of the mortar, it can significantly improve the bonding strength, compressive and flexural strength, and wear resistance of the mortar.
●YL-H780 also has excellent environmental protection, low odor, and low VOC.

Recommended Dosage
●Tile adhesive is recommended to be added in an amount of 1.5~5%, which can effectively improve bonding strength, water resistance, open time and other properties.
●Self-leveling mortar is recommended to be added in an amount of 1.5~3%, which can improve the compressive strength, flexural strength, wear resistance and other properties of self-leveling.

●YL-H780 should be stored in a moisture-proof manner.
●When the storage temperature exceeds 30℃ or when it is subjected to heavy pressure during storage, H780 may get caked.
●If the product is not used up after opening, seal it in time and use it as soon as possible.
●During transportation, ensure that the packaging is intact, pay attention to moisture-proof, avoid high temperature and heavy pressure.
Shelf Life
●The best use period of YL-H780 is 6 months. The performance of the product may be reduced after the best use period.
●To ensure the best use effect, it is recommended to test the product performance before use.
